Our staffing options offer the flexibility you need to solve any IT challenge:

• Project-based Staffing
  Consultants are available across multiple technologies to assist with short- and long-term project-based work and are engaged initially to assist with the engineering and design of the client’s solution and remain engaged through the completion of the installation.
• Augmented Staffing
  Consultants are engaged on-site to augment the client’s current IT support staff to assist either in a short-term or long-term capacity. CBTS has nine (9) full-time recruiters who work with the client to assess their staffing requirements, and search our extensive database to match client needs with the appropriate IT talent.

1. Permanent Hire
   If a client chooses, we can also recruit resources to be placed at a client site as a full-time staff member. Our recruiting team applies the same diligence in searching for full-time staff for our clients.
